About Patrick-Daniel Schipmann

By taking over the role as project manager I had to expand my scope, where engineering and all affiliated disciplines are serving one major topic: Entrepreneurship. Thus said, I believe that any creativity requires guidance in form of entrepreneurship in order to thrive. Describing me the best is by saying, that I never give-up in any way. I like to think outside of the box, and when encountering difficulties, scrutinizing myself first, prior seeking for errors somewhere else. The experience I have made during my career is, that different circumstances and factors can cause different issues, sometimes seemingly to be bigger than oneself. But executing the general principle of engineering PDCA = Plan-Do-Control-Act is always the first step to meet troubling situations. The general skillset of engineering is no longer just down to mathematics and physics, but involving today´s cultural awareness, strategies of handling workload, the appropriate mean of communication meeting the given situation, and prior being "hit by the bus" rather sliding into the driver´s seat.
