I regularly counsel patients dealing with relationship and family problems, individuals contemplating separation or divorce, as well as those struggling with destructive personal behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My passion for counseling is rooted simply in a desire to help people heal and find a path to personal growth, building inner strength and mastery over their own lives.
