Personal Vision Statement: A person with diverse talents adapting to change and with transferable skill sets, who shows true concern and compassion for people, and who is a servant leader, leading and not managing. People respect a leader who cares, who has vision, problem solves, is tactical and strategic, builds consensus, doesn't have all the answers, draws from the knowledge of the team, hires to fill gaps, empowers people, grows people, and makes people feel like they are cared about personally. Because of my diverse background, I can lead an organization and incorporate skills, including vision and creativity, change management, project management, training development and delivery, executive leadership development, and with strategic planning initiatives for companies. Setting goals is one thing, but having the vision and ability to achieve them is another.
