Gray Trails is founded at the end of 2017 as a company of Gray Cells holding to guide companies with the best solutions adapting to the newest technology and be able to use them in the cloud as we know it these days. As founding companies we are since 2011 focused on cloud solutions (AWS, Azure). With developing, we use open source software when possible. Nowadays the open source software is accepted by many major companies. Since the beginning of 2018 Gray Trails is also Solution Partner of Snowflake, the new database in the cloud. Snowflake is setup to be used in the AWS, Azure and GCP. Next to being one of the founders, I have been working as Data Information Architect, BI consultant, data warehouse consultant, Oracle consultant, team leader, project leader, trainer, analyst, programmer through the years. As a senior consultant in business intelligence and data warehousing, I myself like to close the gap between business and IT. Without the business there is no IT and without IT delivering the right data and tools, making the right decisions will be much harder for the business.
