About Patrick dei

I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Colby College, where I pursued my passion for creating a more inclusive and diverse workforce. I was also a 4 year member of the Colby Football Team. As a Research Assistant I conducted and presented research on various topics related to human development, such as education, health, and social justice. I contributed to multiple publications and reports, and supported the implementation of DEI initiatives and policies at Textron Systems, a leading defense contractor. I also developed my communication and data analysis skills, which I apply to my role at McMaster-Carr and my current role as Associate Director of DEI and Global Education at BB & N.
