About Patrick Delcoigne

I started in the Telecom sector 30 years ago, occupying management positions in network engineering, in financial modelling and in network operations. Embracing progressively all network layers: access networks copper and fiber, mobile radio access network 4G/5G, core & backbone transport networks, wireless networks, cybersecurity. Deploying the “fastest-ever-deployed” FTTH network on 70% of the nation is the exciting challenge we committed with my teams. Scaling Up. Design. Deploy. Operate. Towards 4.2 millions home passed, covering 70+% of Belgium inhabitants in FTTH. Passionate in leading teams, believer in engaged individuals and in the empowered team potential, I steer noble business transformation programs in a growth mindset, with my direct staff. Continuous improvement, task digitalisation, activity orchestration, lean techniques in revisited processes: some key themes that I like to work out. I love helping youngsters and people to grow in their career, and to support them. Boosted in innovating in “technologies-that-matters” and in pioneering, I drive my teams in that direction in touch with industrials and with academics. Several World Première at the credit of my teams: we create the networks of the future. And we care for the future, by ensuring the sustainability in what we do.
