About Patrick Delcol

I have 20 years of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sector experience in PDH, bitumen storage and handling, gas processing, SAGD upstream refinery, upgrader, petrochemical and power industries, in greenfield and brownfield expansions through delivery of small/medium sustaining capital projects and major projects. I bring effective communication with project team, client, operations, suppliers and construction to achieve project cost and schedule goals through effective execution with a strong emphasis on capital efficiency, integrated EPFC solutions, modularization and design optimization. Patrick is currently working for the IPPL PDH Project with a focus on vendor coordination and interface. Patrick brings experience in multi-discipline management, structural discipline leadership, and business development support for multiple front-end engineering, detail design and construction support projects. His experience includes task force management, alignment and interface with construction and fabrication, effective workshare coordination, engineering and design production, material and labour estimates, planning, and progressing, change management, and resolution of fabricator and contractor RFIs. Patrick also brings expertise in modularization, EPFC and low cost design and execution.
