About Patrick Dennen

Greetings! I'm Patrick, and I'm passionate about People & Culture. Over the past decade, I’ve built my career around helping teams grow stronger, more connected, and more inspired. I’ve had the chance to shape culture and operations within small, fast-growing companies in the tech and biotech space — bringing structure where it’s needed and heart where it matters most. My goal is to help every workplace feel authentic and inclusive, where people can do great work and feel like they belong.I’m naturally curious about people and science — and how the two intersect. Whether it’s improving a process, rolling out a new program, or exploring creative ways to support employees, I love solving challenges that help people thrive.I’d love to connect and hear about your journey too. Let’s find ways to collaborate and make an impact together!
