About Patrick Diaz

My true passion is translating strategic vision into technical action—whether through system architecture, user experience, or immersive design. With a background spanning UX strategy, systems administration, and cultural curation, I thrive at the intersection of technology, creativity, and security. Currently serving as Manager for Global IT Services at Northeastern University, I am actively pursuing certification as a Security Operations Architect. My focus: securing digital environments, optimizing user experiences, and building scalable systems. Outside of IT, I’m a sound engineer with deep roots in music theory and digital audio production. As a semiotician, I have made deciphering codes, symbols and meanings part of my life. I bring this same curiosity and precision into cybersecurity—decoding complex systems and designing meaningful, secure interactions.
