Greetings! I'm Patrick Dolan, a passionate individual who finds joy in creating captivating and interactive websites and user experiences. My journey toward web development began in 2021, as I decided to transition from a freelance art career to pursue my love for computers and design. After high school, I ventured into the Information Technology field while concurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Support. Although I found working with computers fulfilling, my path took an exciting turn when I chose to embark on a full-time career as a freelance artist a few years ago. Standing at the crossroads of another career change, I was eager to combine my love for computers with my design skills. This aspiration led me to enroll at Epicodus, a software developer boot camp where I honed my abilities in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#. During my journey at Epicodus, I immersed myself in a diverse array of skills, from front-end web development to server-side programming. The experience was nothing short of amazing as I explored new horizons in the world of web development. Presently, I am proud to work at Fidgetech, a non-profit organization, where I serve as a dedicated instructor in web development. In this role, I have the privilege of guiding and supporting members on their personal journeys in the world of web development. It brings me immense satisfaction to share my knowledge and help others discover the excitement and possibilities that web development offers.
