I also create enthusiasm in others for any project, rule, process, activity, or idea I champion. I am driven to be the first person to gain new skills and acquire the latest information in my field. I’m just that determined to satisfy my need for knowledge, and I enjoy pondering what I can revise, correct, renovate, or upgrade. I naturally pinpoint where I want to give my undivided attention. And I automatically see what needs to be done in order to make measurable progress and I do that right away. I immerse myself in intense activities and my desire to get ahead in life impels me to regularly compare my results to those of others so I can get better and stay ahead. At the end of the day, I want to win, and I want my people to win and I will persevere through the toughest challenges to make that happen.
