My professional curiosity and tendency to hit the ground running have led to positions of increasing responsibility in the service and operations industries. I currently manage the Service Department at Woods Machinery, New Jersey's largest Bobcat dealership, overseeing a team of 6-8 technicians performing repairs on 50-60 machines monthly. Before that, I served as a Field Service Operations Manager at EarthCam Inc where I oversaw a team of four field technicians who executed 300+ operations per month. And prior to that, I spent 7 years at Hertz Equipment Rental overseeing and executing rental service operations for the construction and transportation industry. At every company that I have worked at, I have always had a strong commitment to process improvements and flawless implementation at every juncture to ensure improvements and long-term positive outcomes for my team and company. RESULTS: At EarthCam, I created the company’s first-ever Standard Operations Procedures Manual and a process that outlined instructions for each type of field installation and service call. This resulted in reducing time to complete operations, increased customer satisfaction and increased efficiency per technician. My team’s technicians had a 95% success rate as well as excellent customer satisfaction scores.
