Passionate Technologist and Innovator With a decade of experience as a systems engineer, I’ve honed my skills in simplifying complex problems. My unique experience in both R&D and Operations positions me to understand business needs in terms of digital solutions and AI. Two years ago, I transitioned into data science, using my analytical skills to extract insights from data. More recently, I successfully created a chatbot app using RAG and LLM, that can answer using private company documents. I excel in rapidly acquiring new skills and technologies. My ultimate goal is to empower others by sharing my knowledge and automating tasks, fostering a culture of innovation. I’m currently developing live dashboards that provide new insights into critical metrics, including product reliability (MTBF, Weibull), shop floor KPIs (OEE, FPY, WIP, etc), and process monitoring (control charts). • Power BI: Using advanced features to create impactful visualizations that drive decision-making. • Azure : The chatbot web app I created runs entirely in Azure (openAI, AI Search, etc) • Python and Pandas: Expert in data scraping and cleaning to create ETL pipelines. • Machine Learning: Gained experience with one vision project and one LLM project. • Programming: Over three decades of diverse programming experience, spanning languages such as Visual Basic, C, C++, VHDL, Matlab, and Python. • Digital Signal Processing: Proficient in time series, frequency content analysis, digital filters, etc. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt : Solved a major product reliability issue using DMAIC, saving a multi-million dollar product line. • Process Optimization: Proactive in introducing new tools and methodologies. • Systems Engineering: 10 years of MBSE/SysML expertise using MagicDraw. • FTIR Spectrometers: 20+ years of experience in design and support. • FPGA Development: Led complex electronics projects involving real-time signal processing.
