NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 2 with previous experience as a Fitness Studio Manager of a highly successful fitness brand. More than 5+ years of experience leading teams of 15-20 people. Proven track record having achieved Top 20 studio status out of nearly 900 studios worldwide. Adept at developing successful team players, creating and executing sales plans, and achieving high levels of customer service.A few years ago I decided to leave the world of IT to pursue a more meaningful career impacting people's lives through their health and fitness. I became the studio manager of an Orangetheory Fitness franchise and grew their membership base from just over 700 to recurring members. I enjoyed the impact I was having convincing members to invest in their health month after month, but I still wanted more. I studied for and earned my NASM - CPT certification and my Precision Nutrition Level 2 certification. After I started coaching at a CrossFit gym I added my CrossFit Level 2 certification and became a certified Working Against Gravity nutrition coach. As I have grown professionally I have also grown personally, challenging myself to complete two marathons and over a dozen half marathons. I take on all goals, professional or personal, with the same all in dedication and have learned how to achieve great results through hard work and discipline.I believe with my dedication to hard work and life experience I can make an impact in any role.
