About Patrick Duke

As a Canadian Registered Safety Professional(CRSP), I have approximately 21 years experience in the environmental, health, safety and quality management industry with field and management experience working in several private industry sectors, the offshore oil and gas sector along with public governmental agencies throughout the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and Eastern Canada. I am a certified lead auditor in ISO 14001 and internal auditor in 9001. I am certified as a Marine and Port Facilities Security Officer(MPFSO) and have lead auditor training in marine security assessments. I have training and experience in Tap Root and SCAT investigation techniques among others. I have been trained in police authority techniques for interviewing and have training in crisis communications. I am a certified radiation safety officer, authorized atmospheric gas tester and both qualitative and quantitive respiratory fit tester. I have two levels of my emergency incident command training and experience in high angle rescue techniques and fire fighting training. I am proficient in all modes of TDG.
