About Patrick Dukes

Patrick is approaching ten years' experience within the hospitality industry; he has worked for both catering equipment installation companies and catering design consultancies. Throughout this period, he has undertaken projects ranging from UK hotel groups, city-center bars, and restaurants to one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in Europe. After graduating with a design degree in the early 2010s, Patrick began his career as a Domestic Kitchen Designer before moving into the commercial catering industry. With this move, he also entered the world of Building Information Modelling, designing projects, and creating equipment models for clients and manufacturers alike. Patrick succeeded to Design and Sales Manager from this progressive role, this position brought the responsibility for managing the UK’s fast-growing QSR chain in 2017, German Doner Kebab. Following a short hiatus from the industry to be the Lead Designer at a Design and Build firm, Patrick returned to become a Design Manager within an equipment installation company, managing a team of design and project managers. Within this role, he was also responsible for developing projects as the Lead Project Manager of numerous projects for clients such as Hilton, the NHS (National Health Service), and The Signet Collection to name a few. This role enabled the development of Patrick’s understanding of the complete Food and Beverage industry, from initial concept to installation and handover. Now working for Russell Partnership Collection Patrick will be collating all the above experiences to enhance the customers' journey through the designs, from the initial thought process to catering strategy and schematic design, to then and finally transforming a virtual reality into a physical one.
