About Patrick Dunn

I’m a keynote speaker, facilitator, and former U.S. National Park Service ranger who helps leaders and organizations rediscover purpose in their work—and lead with soul. Leadership, for me, has never been about performance. It’s about stewardship—of people, purpose, and the planet. That belief has guided my life in service, from volunteering at a veterans’ home as a teen to leading peace initiatives today as Rotary District Peace Chair. My journey has come full circle. With a foundation in Environmental Science and early years in the National Park Service, I learned the power of presence, humility, and reverence for something greater than self. Later, three decades in technology leadership—culminating as Global Head of Technology Resilience for a major fintech firm—taught me to lead under pressure and navigate complexity. But amid the pace and noise, I lost touch with my why. That realization became my turning point. I stepped back to realign my life around clarity, service, and soul—leading to the creation of Paxaterra Global and the Lead with Soul™ framework. Today, I help leaders and mission-driven organizations align purpose, voice, and action through speaking, facilitation, and consulting engagements worldwide. My work is designed for those ready to lead with authenticity, resilience, and regeneration—in their organizations and in their lives.
