Patrick is a seasoned Director of Construction with a 16-year track record of steering complex capital projects to success. Currently at the helm of the $2.2 billion Pelican Project in Penang, Malaysia, he leads a dynamic team of project managers through the intricate journey of mega Fab construction. His expertise spans from design to commissioning, ensuring that each critical milestone aligns with Intel's mission-critical technology goals. With a rich 12-year tenure at Intel, Patrick's profound understanding of semiconductor Fab operations and construction has been a cornerstone of his career. His journey began at Ronler Acres, OR, where he managed key projects such as the RA4, MSB Fab retrofit, and MOD3, expanding his skills to include Tool Install and Progressive Build programs. In 2021, Patrick embraced the challenge of leading the Pelican Project, marking a significant milestone in his career. His dedication to excellence is now steering him toward a new horizon as the Program Manager for an exciting greenfield project in Poland—a testament to his adaptability and forward-thinking approach. Patrick's academic background is as impressive as his professional endeavor's. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College, an M.S. in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from University of Missouri, specializing in manufacturing construction schedule optimization.
