As a results-driven Technical Leader, I am accustomed to wearing many hats (Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master). I have a track record of measured success in leading change and driving results for products and within teams. I have a marketing and strategic communications background, which I use daily to tackle complex problems with a customer-first, data-driven lens. I am also certified in SAFe PO/PM management, and I was chosen and successfully completed Dell Technologies' LEAD leadership program for executive management placement. As a member of the management team, my goal as an empathic leader is to foster growth in the team while encouraging a customer-first approach. Too often, technical requests are met with overly-complex solutions with poor design and inefficient implementation. By adopting a research-driven, customer-first lens, and by creating a team culture of asking "why," I break down complex customer requests into manageable, iterable Epics and release cycles. At Albertsons Companies, my leadership in project management culminated in steering a team through the complex development of a Unified Design System, enhancing over 23 enterprise applications. This pivotal role requires a deft balance of technical acumen and empathic leadership, ensuring that our team exceeds expectations in delivering a cohesive user experience. In my tenure as a Technical Project Manager at Dell Technologies, I led cross-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of efficiency and consistency that propelled our products to new heights. I founded and led Dell's ISG Design System, a comprehensive UI and UX library of components, patterns, usage rules, and accessibility guidelines which accelerated product development and was used by over 35 customer-facing products within the Enterprise wing of Dell.
