Patrick is a customer-focused Information Systems leader with 21 years of management experience serving local & national account employer groups and over three decades of experience partnering with the internal business departments of Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. Proven track record as a strategic leader with a passion for, and commitment to, innovation, quality and staff development. As a Systems Director he has the responsibility for management and strategic oversight of all systems pertaining to digital channels, interoperability, system integration, sales, actuarial rating, marketing, customer service, enrollment, membership, benefits, and billing. His responsibility includes 130 staff members and a $21M in annual budget. His past responsibilities included management of the HIPAA Project office with responsibility to coordinate the implementation of Privacy, Security and EDI regulatory requirements.
