Together with my team, We design and implement scalable, high-impact initiatives that strengthen leadership, enable performance, and attract the right talent to grow our business sustainably.My work is grounded in the belief that people strategies must create real business value. That’s why I focus on translating culture and leadership ambitions into concrete frameworks - whether by building a global performance and talent management approach from the ground up, shaping a modern learning & development architecture, or optimizing recruiting processes along the entire talent lifecycle.With several years of experience in fast-paced, international environments in the sports goods industry, I combine conceptual strength with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
