In stakeholder management my focus is on creating long-term relations across the board rather than short term gains for one party. I’m passionate about connecting Finance and Analysis to Strategy and Action, at all levels of the organization, across cultures and borders, across departments, financial and non-financial. Strong believer of achieving goals together. I have turned a loss making global division into a year-on-year profitable operation, successfully managed teams and projects in Europe, Asia, Australia and the U.S. and set up and transferred international divisions within deadlines and budget. Most proud of gaining the trust of the teams worked with. This resulted not only in financial improvements, also in improved commitment and quality of work, innovation and confidence, plus stronger relations with clients and stakeholders and a culture of collaboration and improved employee satisfaction.
