About Patrick Faherty

My work experience is eclectic but has mostly been in the realm of sales. What really describes me best is the jack of all trades. Every work environment I enter ends up relying on me for multiple tasks as I can go from managing the call center, to fixing some tech issues, out to the field to train and back again. Currently I am head of recruiting for a contracting company in business with Fidium Fiber in Houston Texas, Kansas and Maryland. I also help on the back end as an admin. Currently this position requires the full process of finding qualified, motivated and talented sales people, attracting them to our company and getting them out on the sales field. I also assist in training and management. On the admin side it's spreadsheets and data entry, nothing really too exciting to add here aside that I am proficient in creating and implementing various tools via Google Sheets to be sure everything is captured and organized properly.
