About Patrick Fergus

Registered architect with 28+ years of experience delivering projects ranging from custom homes to complex biotech facilities. I’ve grown into leadership roles managing projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and in-house engineering disciplines to deliver successful outcomes. I have developed deep expertise in BIM and design technology, helping firms shape Revit and CAD standards, streamline workflows, improve documentation quality, and leverage cloud-based collaboration tools to enhance project coordination and delivery. I enjoy bridging design, technology, and project management to support efficient, coordinated delivery, and I’m deeply interested in how emerging technologies are shaping the future of design and construction. I am currently exploring new opportunities in architecture, project management (in both architecture and construction), or BIM consulting—where experience, insight, and a collaborative mindset can make a meaningful impact. Outside of work, I have served on the board of a community swim and tennis club and as President of a youth ice hockey club. I have also coached youth ice hockey from U8 through Varsity/U18 levels. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
