During the implementation of a new PLM system, I helped align Engineering, Sales, Purchasing and Production to roll out standard procedures, training materials and efficient workflows. As a result, we improved change management and significantly reduced processing time. Privately, I enjoy organizing group activities and believe that collaboration brings out the best in any team – whether during travel, sports or day-to-day tasks.
