I am a trial attorney at The Myers Firm, a boutique plaintiff's civil litigation firm that specializes in the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), which protects railroad workers who are injured on the job. I have been in this role for over ten years, and I have extensive experience in handling complex and high-stakes cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and industrial accidents.
