My record consists of solid accomplishments in a variety of industries: land development, oil & gas, and power, including LNG and renewable. Just as significant my ability to quickly adapt to new environment and develop trustworthy rapports. I deliver well-purposed product focused on cost saving. HIGHLIGHTS: Realized $6M in cost saving by optimizing plant layout of a 125MW utility scale solar photovoltaic power plant located in Arizona. Managed a $17M site preparation contract with 4 million cubic yard of earthwork, 100 acres of retention basin and 6 miles of flood control channel. Implemented a new drainage design approach for a combine cycle power plant located in Texas resulting in completing work 3 months ahead of schedule. Master planned the drainage, sanitary and process sewers for a $13B refinery project located in the United Arab Emirates. Master planned, designed, and coordinated drainage, water distribution and sanitary sewer systems for subdivision ranging from 50 to dwelling units with commercial located in Northern and Southern California. Built a water distribution system model for the City of Redwood City, California. Developed an algorithm to upload time series recordings of water meters into the model based on their location.
