About Patrick Francis

Mid-Senior level manager with experience in helping manufacturing companies improve efficiency and reduce cost. I have a strong technical background spanning over 20 years with 14 years in leadership roles. As a critical thinking leader, I take pride in coaching others in building strong teams and cultures. I also have helped companies develop more rigorous and time-saving root cause analysis programs. I have had the pleasure in both the military and civilian sectors of collaborating on projects with cross-functional teams to generate solutions, commission new equipment, audit, create safety programs, and identify departmental needs. I have lead teams as large as 132 direct and indirect employees and managed equipment valued over $15 million dollars. I enjoy focusing on analytic development/creation that will help drive more accurate projections, reduces costs during manufacturing practices.
