Patrick Furlong is a life-long auto, powersports and outdoor enthusiast and Managing Director at Wedbush Securities. With nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, he specializes in branded consumer, retail, distribution, and consumer services sectors. Prior to joining Wedbush, he held senior roles at DC Advisory and Solomon Partners, where he focused on M&A, capital raising, and restructuring for consumer-driven industries. Patrick has extensive expertise working with branded consumer businesses across both hardlines and softlines, as well as enthusiast categories like automotive, powersports, sporting goods, and outdoor recreation. He has represented clients ranging from multi-billion-dollar global corporations to family-owned businesses, advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, divestitures, debt and equity financings, and restructurings. A magna cum laude graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Patrick holds a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in International Studies. He has also been recognized by The M&A Advisor as an Emerging Leader in dealmaking.
