About Patrick Gannon

I have completed a B.Sc. honors degree at Limerick Institute of Technology as a mature student, having spent the previous 10 years working in the construction industry as a General Foreman and Lead Carpenter with a number of construction firms in the Mid-West Region of Ireland. My post graduate experience started as a junior engineering and developed my skills to become senior engineer and from there to project manager. During the 10 years preceding the commencement of my Bachelors' degree I was responsible for the construction and finishing of a number of commercial projects some of which included schools, banking facilities, Leisure centers, Petrol stations, refurbishment of a Hydroelectric power station, commercial shopping units and private dwellings. The unique combination of my practical construction experience, encompassing a number of the key trades, combined with my academic qualification gives me an excellent background in construction and civil engineering.
