My name is Patrick Gary Gaudreault. I was born and raised in Ladysmith BC. My wife, 16 year old daughter and myself live in Brandon Manitoba. I believe my professional experience meets or exceeds the criteria for this position with your company. Currently, I have over 20 years of Oil and Gas, Chemical Plants and Mining experience from leading diverse teams of over 200 craftspeople, as a superintendent; coordinator, QA/QC and mechanical specialist; in addition to being a multi-faceted trades person as well as a Red Seal Millwright, Level 1 Vibration Analysis, Red Seal Welder, CWB Welding Inspector and an array of specialized training. For the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of working in one of the most specialized machinery diverse facilities found in North America as a Rotating Equipment Specialist and mechanical technician with KOCH Nitrogen Chemical Plant in Brandon MB. I have expert CMMS, and SAP capabilities and I educate as well as train craftspeople and management. I provide support mechanically for engineering, project managers, site leaders, coordinate daily maintenance and monthly shutdown events. I am the lead Mechanical Coordinator for major turnaround events. I believe that my vast diversity paired with specialty training in Oil and Gas, Chemical Plants, and mining with my Mechanical, Welding, Pipe Fitting, QA/QC and Vibration Condition Based Reliability would be an asset to this position. I am expertly trained in facilities and hands-on with field representatives from Elliott, Siemens, Dresser-Rand, Peroni and Worthington in overhauling and maintaining turbo machinery including Siemens, Terry and Worthington steam and gas turbines and large, heavy duty reciprocating compressors; some of these include Peroni, Aldrich, Lonestar and Frick. These skills would prove beneficial to your future growth and achievements.
