About Patrick Geary

I consider myself a bridge builder, bridging the connection between opportunity and solution. I love the type of work I do: listening to needs, understanding processes, asking questions, solving problems, developing solutions. I am a quick study and I love to I learn something new every day. I mentor junior colleagues on how to analyze data, gather business requirements, create mockups, write functional specifications, develop test plans and perform testing. I delegate when appropriate and cohesively work with teams to deliver. In a nutshell…I get things done. But I am not alone. There's always a great team that I am part of that contributes to accomplishments. I’ve led cross-functional teams on all kinds of projects, large and small. My favorite accomplishments: Assisted with implementing an enterprise content management system to digitize historical artifacts in order for the perpetuity of the Hawaiian culture. Designed point of sale functionality for enrollment in a customer loyalty program achieving >8 million members. Implemented an inventory management system, which automated reservations for over 80 hotel partners and 12 MGM resorts.
