I am currently transitioning to the Cybersecurity industry. My extensive experience in security-related software development and systems management makes this a logical next step in my career. My expertise in Project and Program Management resulted in an unbroken string of highly successful applications development and implementation efforts. In my previous role as an Aviation Security Program Manager at UPS, I oversaw security-based initiatives and applications that ensured compliance with regulatory and industry standards and enhanced service delivery to our customers. I excel at leading and communicating with diverse teams of vendors, clients, and security and IT professionals, leveraging my analytical and problem-solving skills and my background in information technology project development. I have successfully managed multiple projects involving manufacturing process improvement, customer support applications, and terrorism and network security. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve security and customer satisfaction.
