In my role I will take on a much needed task of setting up a Nursery certification process sore SiteOne and then work on our operations playbook and on boarding process to help raise the performance of our Nursery locations by helping the right people develop in the right roles with the right tools and support. In my last role I was responsible for all aspects of Sourcing, Margins, Sales support, Inventory and Operational standards for SiteOne Nursery Locations in the Northeast. Procurement for our sold work as well as our on hand inventory is a primary focus along with teaching and inspecting Nursery operational standards in our Green branch stores. Developing people, teaching standards and supporting the Sales and Inventory process is an exciting position to be in at SiteOne.
