Currently a Fractionation Plant Process Operator. I am also a professional with 20 years oil and gas (O&G) industry experience developing world class HSE and technical training programs. North Dakota born and raised, my consulting business allowed me to see the world from the working perspective of man camps in Angola, Egypt, Ivory Coast, and 2 locations in Kazakhstan. In HSE, I have worked with the Safety Management Systems of 3 O&G corporations and the HR Departments of 4. Performed safety inspections and audits, developed and maintained statistical tracking metrics, generated Emergency Response Plans, assisted with incident investigations and reported findings through all levels of business. Represented the companies to governmental regulatory authorities, and supervised and mentored staff up to 25 personnel. Practiced and composed in emergency situations I further achieved my Advanced Safety Certification with the National Safety Council in 2014. I come from an Operations background where I have worked 5 gas fractionation plant start-ups as Plant Operator. Adept at troubleshooting process problems, I know enough about process flow and operating compressors, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, SCADA and other controls to have developed the training that instructs others. Moreover, being an authentically Ops guy, I always seek the simplest and most cost-effective solutions to your HSE, Training or Operations challenges.
