I build and manage successful online communities by creating authentic connections with diverse audiences. Additionally, as an aspiring Customer Success & Online Community manager, I create engaging digital media that teaches, inspires, and promotes understanding and innovation. I also support new podcasters by helping them hone in their storytelling skills and release creative products through editing and podcast coaching. I do this by using my teaching, strategy design, and creative coaching skills to help clients launch new radio, TV, and podcast series while expanding their social media presence.
