About Patrick Haslehurst

With over 20 years of Program Management experience in the software industry, I am a Program and PMO Manager who leads teams to deliver innovative solutions spanning voice, speech recognition, security, and medical domains. I provide individual contributor leadership for critical customer and business driven projects that require immediate support and resolution. I hold certifications in PMP, CSM and SAFe, and as an Agile coach I have successfully introduced and trained multiple teams in agile and waterfall methodologies, adapting them to the needs and priorities of each project. I am passionate about finding the optimal blend of methodologies that enables each team to deliver value to the customer as quickly as possible, leveraging the strengths of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe and Waterfall. I have built and maintained critical compliance certifications, such as CMMI, ISO, FDA, and HIPAA, for various projects, ranging from automotive and speech recognition to security and medical solutions. I am eager to learn new technologies and domains, and to leverage my experience to solve complex challenges and create positive impacts.
