I'm Patrick, and I use my love of product design and making people's lives better to create animated stories that stick. I share insights into how I built an animation studio with a talented and empowered team and the processes and approaches we use to create animated content that makes people buy, share and cry. I want to help business owners, marketing managers and internal comms people make their next video project the best yet. I also share my passion for motorsport - a fascinating industry of relentless development and improvement that can help shape a better and sustainable future. I aim to share some fantastic insights from that world and my work to help students kickstart their careers in that industry. And, if you're a student or graduate in the creative sector, I can give you valuable insight and guidance, too! I'm a newish father and have felt profound changes in my perspective of life by becoming one. As a business owner, it's my responsibility to provide opportunities to others. I want to see people excited and proud of their achievements and ability to affect others positively. I love solving problems for our clients and our team. Creating stories around brands is a brilliant creative challenge. My day-to-day responsibility is around business development, strategy and company management. Jammy Custard has a developing international client base across multiple sectors, working with agencies and clients including: BBC, S4C, Sky, Benesse Corporation (Japan), Three, Superdrug, Reebok (SA), Arlo (Europe), White Stuff, Lloyds TSB, Airbus, dnata (Europe), TAPA (EMEA), National Trust, RSPB, HM Government, The Welsh Government, The Wales Millenium Centre, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff University, University of South Wales, National Eisteddfod, Institute of Digital Archeology, Havas, Rare Rabbits, JM Creative, Eclipse Productions and Orchard Media. Jammy Custard started life as a creative agency in 2011, and I have been co-producing animation projects with co-founder Matthew since. I also have 19 years of experience in website design, development and project management, specialising in WordPress.
