The Savoy Hotel London for my placement experience spending 6 months in restaurant and 6 months in Events. Restaurant Supervisor at The Berkeley London. Where I am gaining huge experience with the over all running of the restaurant and also head of training and development in the department, which include training the department in the following standards, LQA, Forbes and LHW. Since I started training the standards mentioned above we as a department were award 98.2% in LQA. Assistant Restaurant Manager at the famous Le Manior Aux Quat’Saisons 2 Michelin* restaurant which holds the record of retaining 2* for the longest time over 35 years. At Le Manoir we are famously known for our restaurant where our menu is developed around the seasons of the year and our ingredients come from our gardens. My responsibilities are to uphold the standards of Michelin along with LQA leading a team of 35. Along with the responsibility of seeing the restaurant I also over see all private events which include weddings.
