As the Branch Manager at Sharonview FCU, I lead a team of 6 professionals across 2 locations in delivering outstanding financial services to our members and the community. With over 13 years of experience in developing, educating, and training individuals across various industries, I am passionate about leadership and have a strong background in coaching. I successfully implemented a community development action plan that resulted in a 16% increase in our membership base year-to-date, surpassing company goals. Additionally, I created and launched a comprehensive leadership program designed to identify and cultivate high-potential internal talent, collaborating with managers to support career development. Beyond my work in financial services, I have a proven record in coaching track and field, with 13 years of collegiate experience that includes developing one Olympian, eight All-Americans, and earning two Regional Assistant Coach of the Year awards. I hold both IAAF Level V Elite and USATF Level 3 Coach certifications and have presented my sport psychology research at a national symposium. I am dedicated to continuous growth and team success, with a strong focus on mentoring, team building, and optimizing branch operations. My goal is always to foster a positive, high-performing environment for both individuals and the organization.
