About Patrick Hennessey

Patrick J. Hennessey is an associate in Greenspoon Marder Law’s Litigation Group and is based in the firm’s Orlando office, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Regulatory Compliance, Commercial Litigation and Banking and Finance Litigation. Mr. Hennessey received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and completed the Summer in Spain Program in El Escorial, Madrid, where he studied Comparative Immigration Law and Comparative Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with minor in Psychology from Florida State University. While attending law school, Mr. Hennessey worked at Greenspoon Marder Law as a summer associate and law clerk, conducting research for the firm’s Labor & Employment, Banking & Finance Litigation, and Business Litigation groups. Prior to working at Greenspoon Marder Law, Mr. Hennessey served as a summer intern for Congressman Richard E. Neal of Massachusetts. During which time, he provided educational tours of the Congressional office building and U.S. Capitol building. In addition, he assisted on various research projects for the Congressional Ways and Means Committees, attended Congressional hearings and media briefings, and tended to constituents calls.
