Having shaped my career by doing the work, skills and mindset are carefully cultivated for a keen eye, articulate strategy, excellent communication, and continuous process enhancement to drive the ultimate balance of efficiency between accuracy and throughput both individually and with our team. Further, building relationships between teams to optimize for the whole ecosystem is highly held. I love when the company is made to look great and all contributing teams, individuals and leaders share that shine. Equally I expect and cherish the moments that help us learn to be greater at the next approach of a challenge. As demonstrated through over 15 years experience in Software Quality with the same company, I thrive on the long term consistency and loyalty between a company and its personnel. And given the most recent 3+ years of practice, I am inspired to lead QA groups to success. The keys for success in my world are clear expectations, solid processes, excellent communication, and appropriate measuring, along with the attitude that we are all building a better tomorrow, together.
