About Patrick Holleran

A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, I joined the Keller Williams family in 2013, following a successful 20+ year career in the Air Force. I proudly served this great country as a nuclear missile officer, an ROTC instructor, a space officer, an Honor Guard Commander and a Headquarters program manager. As a Keller Williams REALTOR®, you are trained to ask yourself,"What is my big WHY?" In other words, why are you in this business? The theory behind that question is to make sure you never lose sight of that answer in your day-to-day dealings with clients and other professionals. My answer to that is simple: I truly enjoy helping and interacting with people. A problem solver by nature, I don't rest until my clients' goals are not only met, but exceeded. If a client has a real estate issue, I will find a solution - I work with sellers, buyers, renters and owners across the state of Colorado in every price range. I have lived in the Colorado Springs area for 13 of the last 16 years. I know the market and I have a huge array of vendors across every industry with whom I have worked.they will take care of your every need! I formed a team in 2017 and am blessed to be able to work with my bride, Bridget, who is also a licensed agent. We enjoy the excitement of real estate, as well as our property management business. In all of our free time, we love hanging out together or having fun with our four kids. I also coach at Pikes Peak Christian School and am always seeking other opportunities to give back to this great community. I love to play golf and enjoy everything this wonderful city, which was recently ranked #2 nationally behind Austin in terms of places to live, has to offer.
