Biography of Patrick Howe, PRP, APR Patrick Howe, PRP, APR, is President of CONSULAT Public Relations, a strategic consulting and services firm he co-founded in 2015. Patrick has extensive experience as a communications and public relations manager and strategist, having been in the business for over 20 years. He is certified in public relations by the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS). He has also received the “PRP” (public relations professional) mark of distinction from the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques (SQPRP). He has been involved as a volunteer for several years with the SQPRP and is currently president of this important association of PR professionals.
