I have over 34 years of experience in law enforcement, investigations, and security services. From 1986 to 2014, I served the government of Canada as a peace officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I was posted in general duty and federal policing frameworks. Criminal investigations, drugs, immigration, national security, border integrity, assistance to CBSA, and marine operations Both as an investigator and Team Leader/ supervisory roles. I was also fortunate to have been involved in executive protection and close protection of domestic and foreign leaders. In 1993 I performed VIP protection duties for Prime Minister Jean Chretien during his visit to Moncton, New Brunswick. I also had the opportunity to perform VIP room security for Prime Minister Stephen Harper. In March 2012, I performed VIP room security for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. During the G8/ G20 Summit in 2010, I was the driver for the Right Honourable Robert Nicholson, Minister of Justice of Canada. I am bilingual (French) and hold an associate’s degree in Human Relations from Niagara College in Welland Ontario. I graduated from The RCMP Academy in June of 1987. Over the length of my career, I completed several courses from the Canadian Police College including, organized crime investigation, surveillance, major case management, human source, and agent handling. I am also a small vessel operator. I was part of the Marine joint-force unit with RCMP and the Hamilton Police Service from 2013 to 2014. I am able to travel on short notice and fluent in both French and English. I am the holder of a valid Canadian passport and PAL (restricted and unrestricted). I am now employed as a corrections and Shelter Caseworker with the Salvation Army. I am a licensed private investigator and close protection professional.
