In my current position, I split my time between management and consulting. On the management side, I supervise a team that provides technical support and consultations to a community of over customers at 3 locations. I set strategy for the team and oversee operations and project implementation. On the consulting side, I work with management teams to identify market positions and provide strategic and operational improvement recommendations.
