In August of 2019, I returned to college advising as the Director of College Counseling at St. Margaret’s School, an independent boarding school located in Tappahannock, VA. I am thrilled to be part of this wonderful community in the role I love most. I spent the 2018-2019 serving as the Assistant Principal for the Hebrew Academy of Cleveland a private Jewish Day school, an opportunity and role I cherished while working for an amazing community. Prior to my work at Hebrew Academy, I served for 7 years as Associate Director of College Counseling at selective independent schools. During this time I worked to build strong professional relationships with college admission office, done educational advocacy work on Capitol Hill and in Harrisburg, and presented at national conferences. My most important role, the one covering all of my positions and titles, is helping students meet their academic and career goals. My job is to talk to kids about their dreams.What could be better?
