Presently assigned in the Turnover / Completions Coordinator Role. • Strong understanding of Project execution, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning & Completion practices and ability to communicate in such. • Strong understanding of work planning, scheduling and tracking • Reads and understands various types of engineering and commissioning deliverables and be able to correlate with data submissions, interprets system boundaries and scoping against P & IDs and other engineering drawings • Population & Management of the systems completion database (ZENATOR) for project hand over from construction onwards. This entails implementation of sub system limit drawings, design & vendor documentation, clarifying & compiling with discipline leads, & populating & closure of associated ITRs, certificates & punch items. • Exhibits excellent project information management skills and strong consistent leadership to efficiently adhere to the project’s requirements and satisfaction. • Works independently within established procedures, schedules and plans and contributes to the development of these. • Possess advanced skills in MS Office suite. Working knowledge and ability with Visual Basic such that enabling to speak intelligently to different Information management system requirements and troubleshooting. • Personally undertakes and maintains a safe and healthy work environment and follows all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure safety not only for self but everybody at the workplace to reduce any unsafe acts or conditions. • Demonstrated ability to develop successful working relationships and become a team player. Worked in a dynamic and challenging environment and proactive in problem solving and delivering to a high standard.
