About Patrick Jones

As a Technical Account manager I creatively solve problems and assist clients in leveraging CashStar’s Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. I deliver individualized solutions for merchant clients, act as an interface between clients and developers, and when necessary herding cats to reach company and team goals and deadlines. As a 317 Main Teaching artist I have leveraged my 15 years of experience in digital music production to develop a course that attempts to reimagines how music production is taught. In this role I take students through the process of learning, developing, and completing a final product with an emphasis on ideation through feedback and communication with classmates. When I’m not at work or teaching, you will undoubtedly find me making music in some capacity. I am a self taught drummer, producer, songwriter, and singer who loves nothing more than to put my headphones on and make noise.
