About Patrick Joucken

Patrick has a broad skill set and experience in both business and IT and developed deep expertise in the areas of Digital Transformation, Tax technology, Enterprise Architecture, CIO advisory and Customer Relationship Management. Over the last 25 years, he assisted customers and the Deloitte organization with their challenges in those areas from many perspectives such as business cases, roadmaps, process, organization and solution design, tool selections and large scale technology implementations and digital transformation programs. From 2008 - 2014, Patrick has successively been leading the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and the TS & A (Technology Strategy & Architecture) Service Lines of Deloitte Consulting Belgium. In January 2015, Patrick has been appointed as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for Deloitte Tax & Legal in Belgium. Since then, his focus is on tax & legal technology and digitalization. He is namely in charge of the Digital Asset Factory, a team developing local and global assets enabling the digital transformation of Deloitte's Tax & Legal practice. Next to this Belgian role, Patrick has served from October 2015 till September 2019 as Global CTO for the Indirect Tax Service line and currently leads Deployment and Delivery for the Global Digital Transformation program of Deloitte's Tax & Legal practice.
